EMAIL SUPPORT
You can email the Technical Support Department at any time. Under normal circumstances you will receive an automated reply within 15 minutes, detailing solutions to the most common problems, followed by a second email sent typically between 24 to 72 hours later, containing a more detailed solution to your particular problem or question.
ONLINE CHAT
Using your Blizzard Entertainment game and your Internet connection, you can chat with a live technician through the Blizzard Entertainment Battle.net service. This free Technical Support service is offered Monday through Friday, from 10 A.M. to 12 P.M. and from 2 P.M. to 6 P.M., Pacific Time (except on holidays).
AUTOMATED PHONE SUPPORT
Our automated phone support is offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and has approximately an 80% success rate at addressing the most common questions and concerns. To use this automated phone support, please call (949) 955-1382 and when instructed, select option 2. Automated support carries no charge beyond any normal long distance charges from your phone company for calls outside your area code.
